That way, she is getting the same amount of time doing Tot School.

Have you talked to your pedi about getting tubes for her ears. That seems like a lot of ear infections. Our pedi's requirements before an ENT apt was 6 ear infections in a calendar year or 3 consecutive ear infections. It looks like you have hit that mark.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12849693517876190128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6973352546659058860.post-37164559601060346222010-05-04T11:57:56.730-07:002010-05-04T11:57:56.730-07:00Hi!

As far as your question goes, I can only share what I plan to do, but since I haven't tried it yet, I might have to come back and revise my comment. :)

When I start officially homeschooling my oldest daughter for Kindergarten, I'm going to have special toys that only come out during school time for my tot. I'm hoping that the novelty of the toys will keep her playing longer while I work with her older sis. If your daughter is your only child, that may not be as much of an issue.

Let us know how it goes! :)
~CatherineCatherinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02213319729819680703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6973352546659058860.post-1822793120672124952010-05-03T10:22:09.242-07:002010-05-03T10:22:09.242-07:00Looks like another fun week, despite the ear infec...Looks like another fun week, despite the ear infection. I'm really liking the things you are doing with her, I'm going to have to check this stuff out, I think the littles would def enjoy this stuff. :)Jaimehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13440135586066508041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6973352546659058860.post-76860619329380804052010-05-03T07:32:43.398-07:002010-05-03T07:32:43.398-07:00I'm jealous that your tot actually wants to do...I'm jealous that your tot actually wants to do the activities. Mine is not so cooperative. LOL

In my mind, Tot School is at a set time but that rarely happens. I also homeschool my oldest and that gets priority. I try to do TS first in the hopes that my tot will play nicely alone for a few mintues while I work with big sis. (Never works. LOL) I do leave her trays out afterward and she can play with them all day if she wanted. (Never happens. It's hard to get her to do them in the first place. LOL) I do keep some stuff out of her sight because she does better with stuff that seems "new". That's her personality.

But you seem to have a very agreeable little one and it might not be an issue for her. You just have to trust your instincts and do what works for your family.Stefaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07286011831882699289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6973352546659058860.post-54211853141168031892010-05-02T20:56:26.128-07:002010-05-02T20:56:26.128-07:00What a great week!! C is like that. I have found that doing activites that may take longer like playdough, shaving cream (i use cool whip) for them to play with, or even water activities...they seem to take up more time b/c they enjoy those more. Maybe you could include some of those during the week! The Cooper'shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03164335711370474778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6973352546659058860.post-17620643968017312352010-05-02T19:58:42.871-07:002010-05-02T19:58:42.871-07:00Y'all do so much stuff...I love it!Y'all do so much stuff...I love it!Kimberlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18136870717626173387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6973352546659058860.post-91512899928906418972010-05-02T19:21:12.475-07:002010-05-02T19:21:12.475-07:00Great week.
